At Honda’s request, I had the artist Andy Blackmore create a round tribute sticker for the late and beloved Gil de Ferran, who was so incredibly close to the auto manufacturer.
The design, which measures 4 inches, features Gil’s iconic helmet livery from his most successful period of IndyCar racing where he won two CART championships and the Indianapolis 500.
We’ll also make a donation to American Honda’s preferred charity, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
